About
Welcome to the Extraordinary Culture Podcast, a podcast for the culture that is music, movies, sports, food and beer, the extraordinary culture.
Two brothers, a cousin and a near life long friend (the lost brother) bring to you a podcast about all manner of things. Growing up we liked punk rock, Star Wars and sports. As we got older we added craft beer to that.
In 2006, before anyone knew what a podcast was, Dan and Dan started the Deadboy Productions podcast. Done with a mixer from a PA and recorded straight on a computer, they gained some notoriety in the Southern California psychobilly scene for playing new music from bands and doing interviews with bands from all over the world. Life got in the way and unfortunately Deadboy folded as their lives got busier.
Fast forward to 2017 and the idea between all of us was brought up to start a podcast again, as always on our own terms. It would feature the things that we liked that we thought others would like to hear. Indeed our podcast is just like sitting in the same room as us talking about the things that we have an interest in that you have an interest in as well. Give it a listen and experience the Extraordinary Culture for yourself.
A big thank you to our sponsors, Crown and Stache Barber Company, Chino Valley Brewery, and Made.Shop Riverside.
